Marine Service;   a T.E.I. marine service technican’s goal is to “repair it right the first time” by properly identifying issues, determining the cause(s) and providing resolution in a timely and cost-effective manner.  This position works in the service department of a retail recreational boat sales facility or Marina’s service department.  The technician is responsible for servicing Yamaha personal watercraft, Yamaha Sport boats, Bayliner, and Tracker boats and other marine products, including Mercury, Mercruiser, and Volvo motors, for both external customers and in rigging boats for sale or rentals. Experienced and/or entry-level service technicians are encouraged to gain manufacturer’s certification by attending classes as required.  Experienced marine mechanics are encouraged to submit a resume for consideration.

Boat Sales;   our sales staff help customers in determine their boating requirements and provide the information needed to deliver the appropriate products to delighted customers. Boat Rentals;  a Rental Attendant provides prompt and courteous service in the rental of watercraft, the sale of fuel, and other ship store merchandise to Marina guests and external clients.  The Attendant ensures that all rental boat operators are educated with regard to safe boating operations and awareness of navigational rules and regulations, performing duties necessary to properly execute rental agreements and to thoroughly inspect rental watercrafts and equipment upon return.  When not required to interact with customers, the attendant properly maintains equipment, rental fleet, and marina facility regarding cleanliness, inspections, repairs and general upkeep.  A Boat Rental Clerk provides prompt and courteous service in the rental of watercraft, the sale of fuel, and other ship store merchandise to Marina guests and external clients.  At all times the Clerk should make his/her first priority assisting rental customers, including every guest departing or approaching the dock.  The clerk is knowledgeable about the rental fleet and operating rules and procedures, and can provide assistance as needed on the rental dock.  Training is provided for all rental positions, with teamwork and customer service the primary focus of the department.  Rental positions are seasonal and applicants are encouraged to apply in person at our rental offices at Park Marina, Port Royale and Fourwinds, during the season from March through September.

Food and Beverage; our restaurants and bars look for a wide range of both front-of-house and back-of-house skills.  Servers and bartenders are needed to provide our marina customers an excellent dining experience in a casual, fun environment.  The back of house includes a wide range of skilled kitchen positions to deliver excellent high quality menus quickly to our members.  The seasonal food operations at Fourwinds and Port Royale accept applications throughout the season, starting in early Spring and ending in the Fall.  Experienced food service candidates are encouraged to apply on site.

Lodging; our seasonal resort at Fourwinds provides a full complement of hospitality opportunities in our hotel including front desk and reservations through room attendants and general maintenance staff.   Candidates interested in a seasonal hospitality position should apply during regular business hours.
